The living room and kitchen area is open plan and has a boathouse feel to it, creating a relaxing holiday environment. A large corner sofa is positioned directly opposite the patio doors to overlook the river, where you can wile away the days watching the ever-changing water and its fascinating wildlife.

As well as gas central heating throughout, the living area has a wood burning stove for those cozy nights in or to really enjoy those winter getaways. There is WiFi and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Freeview and a DVD player with a small selection of films.

The well-fitted kitchen has a large rounded breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals without removing yourself from the draw of the river. Appliances include oven & hob, washing machine, microwave, small fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and a DeLonghi coffee machine.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed, an armchair, and a large double wardrobe with a full-length mirror. There is a hair dryer in the bedside cabinet.

All bed linen is provided. 

The toilet has a corner cubicle shower, powered from the central heating and there is a shaver/ electric toothbrush charger.

Towels are provided.
